Only in Sheboygan.

Actually, I don't think that's quite true. I think such insanity occurs in a number of cold places.

But I believe Sheboygan, like here, has been unseasonable warm this winter, so maybe it was not quite the challenge that it usually is.

Here, for a month now, it has seemed more like March than December/January. Makes one a little nervous like we're about to get blasted or something. But who knows, maybe not.
