This is the view of the gulf from Sanibel Island, Florida on the evening of July 20, 2008.
Some might say it's a blurry shot of the sun setting--and from that, deduce it's the end of the day and its great hopes and expectations
But if the truth be known, this very same sun event is exploding into a new day of hopes fulfilled twelve hours to the west where it is sunrise.
The "end" is sometimes the beginning. I guess it just depends on your perspective.

This is the very day the sun set (or rose) for our mother. I'm sure that didn't escape you, did it?
I'm always the slow one here. . . must be all that higher education that I lack!
